Description

Own the analysis, documentation, and testing of health applications through steady-state operations and project-based enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, define business goals, and write user stories.
• Collaborate with technical strategists to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Document business workflows and new processes to support health program delivery.
• Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and test plans.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and maintain alignment between business lines and development teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, covering requirements gathering and use case analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IM/IT field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing and documenting workflows and business processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience preparing test plans, test cases, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Proven ability in validating and prioritizing requirements in an operational environment.

Preferred Skills

• IIBA-CBAP or IIBA-ECBA certification.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and Cognos/Impromptu reports.
• Recent experience on health analytics or health reporting database systems.
