Description

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and deliver maximum value.
Conduct business process analysis, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and support the design of efficient future-state operating models.
Facilitate requirement prioritization, scope management, impact assessments, and support change management activities to ensure successful delivery of programs and projects.
Support testing and implementation activities by validating requirements, reviewing test scenarios, assisting with UAT, and ensuring delivered solutions meet agreed business and customer outcomes
