Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between business users, compliance, operations, and technology teams to deliver trade and transaction reporting solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for regulatory reporting obligations.
• Translate regulatory mandates into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Support the design, implementation, and testing of reporting solutions.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing processes.
• Produce detailed BRDs, FSDs, workflow diagrams, and test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Trade Lifecycle, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with EMIR, MiFID II, CFTC, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, or HKMA.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Excel to validate reporting requirements.
• Experience with reporting platforms like DTCC, UnaVista, Regis-TR, HKTR, or ASIC portal.
• Understanding of trade data attributes across Rates, Credit, FX, Equities, and Commodities.
• Familiarity with trade booking systems such as Murex, Calypso, Summit, Ion, or MarkitSERV.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of control frameworks and exception management processes in reporting.
