Own analytics initiatives for banking operations, translating business needs into actionable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze data requirements and existing banking processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis using SAS and SQL.
• Design optimized "to-be" processes and implement analytics solutions, including dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Centralize manual reporting into automated dashboards and provide insights on KPIs, spend, and utilization metrics.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to data governance and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within banking or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in SAS and SQL for complex data analysis and manipulation.
• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, and reporting within banking operations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Any post-graduation or graduation degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Tableau, Python, or PySpark for visualization and advanced analytics.
• Experience in converting manual reports into automated, centralized dashboards.
