Description

You will lead analytical functions for a mission-critical modernization project, coordinating between program areas, software vendors, and IT delivery centers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform Business Process Reengineering (BPR), including As-Is assessments, To-Be requirements, and gap analysis.
• Conduct Business Data Modeling to identify data relationships, processes, inputs, outputs, and constraints.
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) and Detail Design Sessions (DDS) to collect and document system requirements.
• Organize and implement testing efforts, including Component Integration Testing (CIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with test script creation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track schedules, manage tasks, and suggest corrective actions to ensure on-time project completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience in software development and implementation projects.
• Expertise in Business Architecture Modeling and Business Process Reengineering.
• Experience managing and tracking projects against a formal project plan.
• Ability to analyze process diagram flows and review business policy documentation.
• Proficiency in using specialized software for tracking system changes and maintaining documentation.
• Experience in Agile environments and DevOps workflows.
• Ability to negotiate business requests based on complexity and priority.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
