Description

You will support public sector initiatives within the PennDOT Bureau of Business and Service Management (BBSM) and the Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current efforts and gather business and system requirements.
• Coordinate user stories and work items.
• Develop test scripts and support System, UAT, and Accessibility testing.
• Assist with implementation, Go-Live, and training support.
• Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders to create outcome documentation and Implementation Reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Deep understanding of BA best practices and industry standards.
• Strong testing and documentation skills.
• Experience with Project Management.
• Knowledge of BBSM and PennDOT processes.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
