Description

You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving requirement identification and quality assurance across OMM projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate requirement sessions to capture enhancement requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications by studying system capabilities.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, application developers, and DBAs throughout the SDLC.
• Evaluate real-time data to identify substandard processes and drive requirement identification across business units.
• Perform quality assurance at every stage of systems development and provide SME input to testing teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related IT roles.
• Strong understanding of the IT Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and requirement validation.
• Expertise in Microsoft Visio for workflow and diagramming.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in Software Design and requirements documentation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage test case planning and testing coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing technical system prototypes.
• Ability to create training documentation.
• Proficiency in maintaining project documentation on SharePoint.
