Senior Business Analyst

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for driving impactful public sector projects? We're seeking a Senior BA to support key initiatives at PennDOT alongside the Bureau of Business and Service Management (BBSM) and Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities Include:

Evaluating current efforts and gathering business/system requirements
Coordinating user stories and work items
Developing test scripts and supporting testing (System, UAT, Accessibility)
Assisting with implementation, Go-Live, and training support
Liaising between technical teams and stakeholders
Creating outcome documentation and Implementation Reports

We're Looking For:

5+ years of business analysis experience
Proven ability to work independently and mentor others
Deep understanding of BA best practices and industry standards
Strong testing, documentation, and communication skills
