Description

You will serve as a Business Analyst and Child Welfare Expert for the CT-KIND project in a hybrid-agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document child welfare business processes.
• Participate in LEAN events to map processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with social work staff, technical teams, and community partners for system design.
• Assess business readiness and support organizational change management, training, and communications.
• Document policy changes and assist with vendor procurement and federal compliance documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Experience analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid-agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• Experience with business process mapping and LEAN methodologies.
• Capacity to work on-site in Hartford, CT, 20% of the time.
• Any Graduate degree.
