Description

You will lead business analysis efforts for child welfare system modernization, focusing on data quality and CCWIS application requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business requirements and processes for next-generation CCWIS applications.
• Map business processes and manage technical and business interdependencies between legacy and modernized systems.
• Plan and test automated CCWIS processes to ensure data quality.
• Navigate technical complexities involving legacy batch systems.
• Collaborate with high-level internal and external agency management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of Child Welfare, SACWIS, and CCWIS applications.
• Deep understanding of Federal and State regulations.
• Proven experience with Business Process Mapping and Data Quality.
• Practical application of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DCF Development Practices and Methodology.
• Experience managing transitions from legacy systems to upgraded applications.
• Ability to work with legacy batch systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
