You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation while managing complex project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements to create clear technical specifications.
• Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and develop system solutions in collaboration with IT teams to ensure scalability.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve system issues.
• Drive report modernization initiatives by implementing advanced analytics and visualization tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a support function.
• Proven experience in customer management and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong background in testing and quality assurance processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with advanced analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience in report modernization, data management, and automated reporting solutions.
