Description

Own business process analysis and policy documentation for the CT-KIND child welfare project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and policy changes related to child welfare.
• Participate in LEAN events to map processes and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical staff, regional offices, and community partners to ensure system design meets business needs.
• Assess business readiness and support organizational change management activities.
• Assist with testing, training plans, and communications for new system development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience working within an Agile Framework.
• Ability to map business processes and document complex policy changes.
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders including technical teams and community partners.
• Knowledge of business readiness and organizational change management.
• Capability to assist with vendor procurement documentation and federal compliance requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
