You will bridge program areas and technical groups to facilitate system implementation and user adoption.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements across multiple program areas to define system needs.
• Develop as-is and to-be functional process flows and workflows.
• Create functional documentation, job aids, and training materials based on system functionality.
• Design and execute training plans, including conducting online training sessions for new functionality and enhancements.
• Demonstrate new system capabilities during Champion meetings and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience facilitating requirements and communicating with business programs and end users.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing systems to develop requirements, workflows, and technical documentation.
• 8+ years of experience creating job aids and functional documentation for system utilization.
• 8+ years of experience demonstrating new or enhanced functionality to diverse audiences.
• 4+ years of experience developing and implementing comprehensive training plans.
• 4+ years of experience developing and conducting training classes for new or enhanced product functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and analyzing complex IT applications, policies, and issues.
• Ability to interpret regulations, policies, and system functionality to develop workable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a remote environment.
