Description

Bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users to drive application development projects within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Gather and write complex requirements and user stories to support development efforts.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure clarity for the engineering team.
• Act as a Scrum Master for at least 20% of your time, running daily ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Collaborate with customers and end-users to gain in-depth understanding of the TechOps space.
• Drive the development team by setting the pace and fostering continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience working within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Hands-on experience with user story development and backlog management.
• Experience using Agile project tracking tools, specifically Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proven ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and manage cross-team follow-ups.
• Background working directly on application development teams.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
