Description

You will own the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CSM and HRSD modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow platforms, including portal, ticketing, chatbot, telephony, reporting, and survey tools.
• Perform requirements analysis, documentation, and facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive consensus on priorities.
• Define test cases and support SIT/UAT execution for solution rollouts and enhancements.
• Provide Level 3 support and maintain knowledge base content and work instructions.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in business analysis or solution implementation.
• ServiceNow administration and configuration with specific CSM and HRSD expertise.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries, data validation, and mapping.
• Power BI proficiency for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Data analysis and visualization experience to derive service management performance insights.
