You will manage business analysis for complex computer systems within hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements for large-scale development projects.
• Create, implement, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Build and deliver training plans and instructional materials.
• Maintain and update comprehensive systems documentation.
• Execute data migrations and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of functional requirement development.
• 8+ years of test plan and test case implementation.
• 6+ years of training plan and material creation.
• 4+ years of Agile development experience, including Test Driven Development (TDD).
• 4+ years of systems documentation maintenance.
• 4+ years of business analysis within hospital system environments.
• Experience managing HIPAA data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hospital system configurations and data migrations.
