Description

You will bridge business and IT teams to optimize revenue and costs through data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and user needs to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Define, prioritize, and document technical and functional requirements for stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and lead stakeholder engagement to achieve project goals.
• Create user stories, technical requirements, and process models to support business initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by writing test scripts and performing validation.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• 4+ years of experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions and working with stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience creating user stories and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in requirements engineering and stakeholder analysis.
• Experience with process modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
• Foundational understanding of networks, databases, and general technology systems.
• Advanced analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Background in regulatory and reporting requirements.
