Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation by gathering requirements, designing process solutions, and validating system outcomes. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Develop and document business process models, workflow charts, and diagrams to illustrate current and future states.
• Design technical and process solutions that align with business objectives and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, validate solutions with stakeholders, and support testing phases to ensure business needs are met.
• Collaborate with IT and departmental teams to implement solutions, manage project aspects, and communicate findings to executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably within a Hybrid Agile environment.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience converting roadmaps into actionable user stories and documenting business process models.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to manage tasks to successful conclusion.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry with a strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems.
