Owns the end-to-end analysis lifecycle, translating business needs into technical specifications and driving solution implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed requirements and validate them with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop process models, workflow charts, and diagrams to illustrate current and future state capabilities.
• Design technical and process solutions, converting roadmap features into actionable user stories.
• Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure new systems meet defined business requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in documenting business process models and system specifications.
• Experience with user story creation and agile roadmap translation.
• Strong ability to liaise between business departments and IT teams.
• Project management experience with a focus on solution implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining a 3-year tenure in previous business analysis roles.
