You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, owning the requirements lifecycle from discovery to implementation validation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop business process models and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states.
• Design technical and process solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Translate roadmap features into user stories and specifications.
• Validate new systems and processes through testing to ensure business requirement compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in creating business process models, workflow charts, and diagrams.
• Strong capability in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements.
• Experience converting high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories.
• Ability to liaise between business departments and IT teams.
• Competence in project management methodologies and solution implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
