Description

You will manage regulatory circulars, analyze business impact, and coordinate with product, compliance, and IT teams to ensure accurate reporting and system updates.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Upload, track, and manage regulatory circulars using internal SharePoint systems.
• Analyze regulatory data to determine linkage, timing, and business impact on IT development timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Compliance, IT, and external bureaus to define regulatory reporting requirements.
• Gather and document attributes and requirements for regulatory maintenance from business areas.
• Generate reports, perform data analysis, and maintain documentation for regulatory initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in policy administration, regulatory, or bureau-related roles.
• Basic knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret regulatory information and assess business impact.
• Experience with report generation tools and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working independently while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
