You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation to deliver functional solutions. You evaluate feasibility, define scope, and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requests for feasibility and research options that meet organizational needs.
• Conduct gap analysis between application capabilities and customer requirements with System Architects and developers.
• Document technical requirements, business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Define acceptance criteria, create use cases, and perform acceptance testing for product enhancements.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts by recommending best practices and advising on process development.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into detailed process flows and functional specifications.
• Experience conducting requirements analysis and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data to identify trends or troubleshoot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MIS emphasis), or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and execute tasks within a complex environment.

Preferred Skills

• Relational database experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
