You will lead systems design and requirements engineering for complex software projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead software requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define detailed business needs.
• Define and implement new system functionality based on gathered requirements.
• Create GSD documentation and manage end-to-end system integration processes.
• Drive continuous process refinement through active issue resolution and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working directly with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Strong background in systems design.
• Proven experience in software requirements gathering.
• Expertise in GSD creation.
• Experience managing system integration.
• Any Graduate degree.
