You will function as a technical Business Analyst on a software development team.
Responsibilities
Create and document detailed business requirements, analyzing problems, opportunities, and solutions for stakeholders.
Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements.
Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements, producing documents like Functional Design Documents and User Stories.
Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows to map business processes into technical documentation.
Create and manage test cases for Quality Assurance.
Required Skills
9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in requirements management and creating documentation including Business Requirements Document, Technical Design Document, and Requirements Traceability Matrix.
Proficiency in mapping business processes to technical documentation.
Familiarity with software and database development concepts.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Experience creating documentation for enterprise software users and system administrators.
Proficiency with MS Visio or similar diagramming tools.
