Description

Own the requirements lifecycle for software development projects, translating stakeholder needs into technical documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business requirements and analyze problems to define solutions for stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder requests into formal deliverables, including Functional Design Documents and User Stories.
• Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows to map business processes into technical documentation.
• Author and maintain internal and external documentation, ensuring requirements are formally initiated and delivered.
• Create and manage test cases to support Quality Assurance activities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with MS Visio or similar diagramming tools.
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents, and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Strong ability to map business processes to technical documentation.
• Familiarity with software and database development concepts.
• Experience creating documentation for enterprise software users and system administrators.
• Proven track record in the State Educational Domain.
