Description

Act as the subject matter expert for McCracken product configuration and CRE lending processes, owning end-to-end analysis and workflow configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure McCracken product settings to align with specific business requirements.
• Analyze end-to-end CRE lending workflows, including escrow, collateral management, and accounting processes.
• Map interfacing patterns supported by McCracken and its underlying product architecture.
• Document business requirements by writing detailed epics and user stories.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional business analysis experience.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Deep configuration experience with the McCracken product.
• Technical knowledge of McCracken interfacing patterns and product architecture.
• End-to-end understanding of CRE lending processes, specifically escrow, collateral management, and accounting.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive epics and user stories.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated lending environments.
