Description

You own end-to-end accountability for assigned processes, products, or programs, providing seasoned-level analysis for PAYplus USA and/or GFX software implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation processes and data aggregation with minimal guidance.
• Solve complex problems by analyzing multiple information sources and structuring key trade-off decisions.
• Navigate key issues, negotiate milestones, and build consensus with direct clients and stakeholders.
• Provide process and subject matter advice at senior levels to related teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical discipline.
• Deep expertise in PAYplus USA and/or GFX software.
• Strong skills in data aggregation and analysis.
• Proven leadership in client implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Understanding of business best practices and competitive factors.
