Description

Translate business demands into technical requirements for ServiceNow development and manage the end-to-end requirement lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and elicitation techniques.
• Create detailed business process documentation, including SOPs, process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Develop visual diagrams and process flows to facilitate system understanding.
• Support agile methodologies and participate in end-user testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to resolve roadblocks and provide accurate status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related functional role.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Service Catalog.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to create visual diagrams using Visio or draw.io.
• Strong technical writing skills for system documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Experience conducting end-user testing and validation.
• ITIL Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in an IT or technology-related field.
• Publishing experience such as articles, blogs, or whitepapers.
