You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by documenting requirements and managing system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document complex business and functional requirements within an Agile environment.
• Define system modifications and enhancements based on user needs and industry requirements.
• Manage application testing by developing test plans, test scripts, and performing acceptance testing.
• Negotiate expectations with multiple stakeholders and coordinate communication between internal customers and external vendors.
• Create implementation plans for production rollouts and develop supporting training documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Experience developing test plans and test scripts.
• Ability to manage application testing and acceptance testing for system upgrades.
• Knowledge of API.
• Experience documenting complex processes and recognizing patterns.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
