Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive system and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for information systems, business processes, and policies.
• Translate business needs into detailed design documentation to support application development.
• Write user stories and direct requirements definition for large-scale software systems within Agile frameworks.
• Design and re-engineer business processes to align with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• 10+ years of experience developing large-scale software systems using Agile methodology.
• Proven experience directing requirements gathering for large-scale systems with external clients.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for recording user stories and tracking requirements.
• Experience using Clarity PPM and Keylight (GRC tool).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and requirement management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to adjust communication styles for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
