Description

You own the analysis and documentation for complex computer systems within an Agile and SDLC framework.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and develop documentation in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
• Support testing activities, including developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications through full SDLC execution.
• Develop user stories, task breakdowns, and other agile artifacts for large projects.
• Assist users with issue resolution and production support post-implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years creating, updating, and maintaining system documentation.
• 5+ years implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirements/test case tracking tools.
• Strong experience writing functional and technical specifications.
• Experience developing test reports, metrics, and coordinating with business users.
• Exposure to HIPAA data environments.
