Description

You will provide maintenance and support for the Child Support program, focusing on process improvement, data integrity, and system security.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents and detailed functional specifications for complex projects.
• Develop user stories, task breakdowns, prototypes, and mockups for agile development.
• Design, develop, and implement test plans, test cases, and UAT coordination.
• Create training content, user manuals, and system documentation.
• Assist with Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessments, hosting documentation, and firewall rules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements and implementing test plans.
• 8+ years of experience creating training materials and maintaining system documentation.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• 5+ years of programming experience in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
• Experience working with HIPAA Data.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with flowcharting, screen layouts, and gap analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle PL/SQL experience.
