Description

Senior Business Analyst driving requirements elicitation, process reengineering, and technical specification development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings, gap-fit analysis, and requirements refinement.
• Conduct business process reengineering to identify technology applications that improve business effectiveness.
• Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses including ROI and cost/benefit studies.
• Write functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
• Document implemented solutions and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of general Business Analyst experience.
• At least 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation/documentation.
• At least 5 years developing and managing user stories on Agile development projects.
• At least 2 years working with senior management to determine strategy, roadmaps, and consensus.
• At least 2 years supporting Statement of Work (SOW) development or contract compliance.
• At least 2 years implementing IT solutions for public use.
• At least 1 year of experience with IT infrastructure projects.
• At least 1 year working within programs governed by state or federal regulations.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
