Description

You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and IT to drive technology implementation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation, gap-fit analysis, and refinement sessions with stakeholders.
• Conduct business process reengineering to identify technology applications that improve organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses including ROI and cost/benefit studies.
• Document functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
• Manage user stories within Agile environments and support the deployment of end-user reporting tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 16 years of general Business Analyst experience.
• At least 7 years conducting business process reviews and requirements documentation.
• At least 5 years managing user stories on Agile development projects.
• At least 2 years facilitating strategy discussions and roadmaps with senior management.
• At least 2 years supporting Statement of Work (SOW) development or contract compliance.
• At least 2 years implementing IT solutions for public use.
• At least 1 year of experience with IT infrastructure projects.
• At least 1 year working within state or federal regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Visio, and MS Office products.
• Understanding of relational database concepts and client-server architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector regulatory compliance and government IT projects.
