You will align technology solutions with organizational strategies by analyzing business systems, user needs, and operational processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes to identify technology applications that improve operational effectiveness.
• Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses including ROI and cost/benefit studies.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for reporting, data warehouse work, and program functions.
• Develop RFPs and assist with the deployment and management of end-user reporting tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business project teams to propose data warehousing and reporting solutions, including knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Lawson Versions 8, 9, and 10 for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence/Leave, and Personnel.
• 3+ years of CloudSuite implementation experience, specifically GHR and Payroll.
• Extensive experience with Infolet/Infor Version 11 application upgrades.
• 15+ years of experience with BSI-Tax factory.
• Proven expertise in business process reengineering and process mapping.
• Strong understanding of relational database and client-server concepts.
• Experience managing multiple Infor Global HR, Benefits, Leave, and Payroll implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in human resources information systems and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
