Description

You will manage the full software development life cycle for complex computer systems and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents, detailed functional specifications, and technical specifications.
• Develop user stories, task breakdowns, prototypes, and mockups for stakeholder review and approval.
• Design, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports to validate program logic.
• Manage defect tracking, differentiate between defects and new requirements, and assist with UAT and post-implementation testing.
• Assist with Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessment, hosting documentation, firewall rules, and Request for Change implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years of developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 8+ years of creating, updating, and maintaining system documentation.
• 8+ years of creating training plans and materials.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar requirements and test case tracking applications.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, gap analysis, and flowcharting for system logic.
