Responsibilities

• Document complex business processes to ensure cross-departmental clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Apply process modeling techniques to map current and future state workflows.
• Execute system testing methodologies to validate functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a senior business analyst or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Public Administration.
• Direct experience in business process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling.
• Practical knowledge of system testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working within government, retirement, or financial services sectors.
