You will manage project backlogs, translate business requirements into actionable tasks, and ensure alignment with project objectives across multiple development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project backlogs within Agile frameworks, collaborating with product owners to set priorities.
• Translate business requirements into clear deliverables and expectations for cross-functional teams.
• Monitor requirements processes to ensure adherence to project scope and governance objectives.
• Analyze build vs. buy decisions and assess the impact of scope changes on project benefits.
• Resolve critical IT issues and ensure SEM deliverables meet area process standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong ability to work with UI/UX designers, tech leads, solution architects, and QA testers.
• Experience managing project schedules and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
