Description

Own the full lifecycle of the Child Support program and MDHHS automated processes, from requirements to UAT and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents and detailed functional design documents for stakeholder approval.
• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering and technical specifications for complex projects.
• Develop user stories, task breakdowns, prototypes, and mockups for agile development projects.
• Design, develop, and implement test plans, test cases, and UAT testing to ensure program logic accuracy.
• Create training content, user manuals, and maintain system documentation through upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of developing functional requirements, test plans, and system documentation.
• 8+ years of creating training plans and materials.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• 5+ years of programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.
• Proficiency in UAT testing and the software development life cycle.
• Ability to perform gap analysis and develop flowchart/screen layout documentation.
