Description

Lead enterprise business analysis initiatives across multiple business units and strategic programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions to gather and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, process flows, gap analyses, and use cases to support business process transformation.
• Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, and root cause analysis to drive process improvement and re-engineering.
• Mentor Business Analysts, establish governance standards, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise business analysis and digital transformation.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies within the SDLC.
• Strong skills in business process modeling, mapping, and workflow analysis (BPMN, UML).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Visio/Lucidchart.
• Ability to perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise applications (CRM, ERP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI for dashboard interpretation and KPI analysis.
• Background in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management.
