You will own the requirements and migration strategy for a multi-year greenfield cloud-enabled post-trade invoicing system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Shape and refine migration sequences at the client, desk, and asset class level across global trading regions.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate functional requirements into granular Jira stories meeting the Definition of Ready.
• Document current and target state data and process flows within Jira.
• Collaborate with the Agile Delivery POD to manage developer handovers and align QA test acceptance criteria with functional objectives.
• Support SIT and UAT testing phases, provide end-user training, and escalate project risks and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in Financial Services Technology.
• Proven experience with Big Data migrations, data integration, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for big data analysis and identifying functional/non-functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle, including trading, middle/back-office, and reference data.
• Expertise in Excel, including pivots, for reconciling large data extracts and creating dashboard summaries.
• Experience with UML modelling for functional workflows and requirements.
• Deep understanding of financial products and their data characteristics.
• Ability to interpret high-level architecture and technical designs.
• Experience operating in an Agile development environment.
