Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation for IT and software development projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate clear communication across project lifecycles.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project progress and delivery.
• Analyze complex problems and provide data-driven solutions to technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or software development projects.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Proficiency with reporting tools.
