Description

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business/Technology Lead within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR)
  • Credit limits
  • Credit exposure
  • Counterparty management
• Experience with credit risk platforms, limit management systems, counterparty systems, dashboards, and credit reporting.
• Strong understanding of derivatives and counterparty exposure management.
• Knowledge of credit ratings, Basel, and CCAR-related initiatives.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, functional documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating UAT, integration testing, defect management, production releases, and global product rollouts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
