You will drive end-to-end IT solution implementation and integration within the SovOps domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT solution implementation and integration with downstream systems.
• Design and document detailed business processes.
• Execute IT application testing and quality assurance protocols.
• Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on system requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience, including 3 years in a senior capacity.
• 5+ years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
• 5+ years of experience in solution design and business process documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in IT application testing and QA.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Deep understanding of project and systems development lifecycles.
• Experience delivering solutions via Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
