Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and end-user engagement.
• Collaborate with Platform Leads to explore technologies that enhance business processes and optimize architecture.
• Drive strategy, planning, and client management initiatives.
• Own product design, development, and production support for operational management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Practical knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• Experience with Automation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
