Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Commerce, translating business needs into functional specifications and technical approaches while managing the development backlog.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements during the Discovery phase and collaborate with designers to create visual mockups.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with architects to define technical approaches.
• Manage and prioritize the development backlog by creating tickets and refining them alongside Product Owners.
• Visualize requirements using process flows, data flows, and other diagrammatic tools.
• Facilitate Sprint activities, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Adobe Commerce.
• Deep understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, including CRM, ESP, OMS, and ERP.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing Sprint cycles.
• Proven ability to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in client-facing roles, such as consultancy or agency environments.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong capability in presenting and simplifying information for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Business Practitioner certifications (AEM, Target, Analytics).
