Description

You will lead Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations, bridging business goals with technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations.
• Facilitate workshops to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional documentation.
• Guide Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor delivery progress and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Proven experience with Real-Time CDP initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments and acting in a Scrum Master capacity.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and business processes.
• Ability to manage and deliver complex project requirements.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and facilitating technical workshops.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify Plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA compliance) and validation tools like AXE, AMP, or WorldSpace.
• Experience with enterprise project management methodologies including Waterfall.
