You will analyze business processes and data to align technology solutions with product roadmaps. This role bridges business and technical teams to define functional requirements and improve business functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multifamily loan data, property financials, and external datasets to create or enhance models.
• Translate business requirements into actionable stories and features.
• Retrieve and manipulate complex data sets to support analysis.
• Identify design, process, and specification issues to resolve problems.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to align technology with product roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Finance.
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Experience with R or Python for data manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multifamily loan data analysis.
