Description

You will lead a team of business analysts within the Professional Services Organization, focusing on OSS implementation projects for complex B2B and B2C products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Assurance requirements analysis and solution design for OSS applications, network monitoring, trouble ticket systems, and SLA management.
• Create requirements, use cases, high-level designs, and user interface designs for implementation projects.
• Support the full solution development process, including scoping, design, development, and testing.
• Analyze customer technology stacks, assurance systems, and network topologies to develop technical proposals and presentations.
• Participate in pre-sales, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or telecommunications.
• Deep knowledge of Telecom OSS domain and Network Assurance.
• Expertise in Service Assurance processes regarding eTOM/ITIL standards.
• Hands-on experience with Network Events, Alarm management, Trouble Ticketing, and SLA Management.
• Knowledge of Fault Management and Performance Management functions.
• Understanding of IP, Ethernet, and GPON technologies.
• Experience with client-facing roles, including conducting sessions, resolving conflicts, and delivering demos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Assurance COTs such as IBM, CA, HP, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and integration standards.
