Description

Lead business analysis for OSS implementation projects within the Professional Services Organization, owning requirements, solution design, and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Service Assurance requirements and design solutions for OSS applications, network monitoring, and SLA management.
• Create detailed requirements, use cases, high-level designs, and user interface designs for implementation projects.
• Support the full solution development lifecycle, including scoping, design, development, and testing phases.
• Analyze customer technology stacks, assurance systems, and network topologies to develop technical proposals.
• Conduct pre-sales activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and manage client-facing interactions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or telecommunications domains.
• Deep knowledge of Telecom OSS domain and Network Assurance principles.
• Expertise in Service Assurance processes aligned with eTOM and ITIL standards.
• Hands-on experience with Network Events, Alarm management, Trouble Ticketing, and SLA Management.
• Knowledge of Fault Management and Performance Management functions.
• Understanding of IP, Ethernet, and GPON technologies.
• Fluent English communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Assurance COTS products such as IBM, CA, HP, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and integration standards.
